I was very impressed that the staff was able to squeeze me in , since I couldn’t hear at all and I was happy to see a new face and given items to clean my ear pieces. I felt that before , the guy that was there even though he was always nice and helpful at times don’t have me hearing the way I should of been hearing. The new lady was very nice and took control and gave me items to clean my ear pieces the proper way.I’m very satisfied now with the new person at the Merrill rd location .

The staff at your office is fantastic and I like my hearing aids very much. I must say however, that the online app that allows me to access many of the features of my hearing sids, leaves much to be desired. It is very hard to get the app to recognize my hearing aids. I’m forced to delete and reinstall the app multiple times to get a successful connection. I wish something could be done about this.

Everything was explained clearly and showed me how to wear my hearing aid. The cost was reasonable with my insurance coverage for the balance of cost.

Alway take me either a little early, or within a couple of minutes of my appointment time. Tim is professional, and efficient. He always has suggestions for taking care of my hearing aids, and my overall hearing. His receptionist is great!

Came in late afternoon when my hearing aid stopped working.. No waiting. Provider cleaned and checked hearing aid, and determined that it needed to be sent for repair. Patient service coordinator packed up the hearing aid and said she would personally drop it off at UPS first thing in the morning. Can't ask for anything more than that.
